BRIEF SUMMARY
PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. is a limited liability non-stock company. PJM operates and controls the majority of the electric power system throughout sections of five Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia.
Data supplied by PJM begins in July of 1998 and denotes energy prices as hourly Locational Marginal Prices for over 2000 zones. LMP prices will differ by location whenever arbitrage between two locations is inhibited by costs or limits on trading volume.
UPDATE FREQUENCYThis dataset is updated M-F between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
