OPIS Symbol Changes

The Xmim symbol for Hattiesburg Propane (HB.PROPANE: TopLevel->Energy->Products->p->Propane->Opis) will remain in the database but will not be updated effective 1/31/2001.

Beginning 2/1/2001 OPIS will expand its coverage of Hattiesburg Propane data to include in-line as well as storage trading by publishing two separate set of ranges.  

The difference between storage and in-line is that bbls (barrels) that are in storage at Hattiesburg can move by truck or by rail, but can not necessarily be pumped into the Dixie pipeline. Propane that is in-line is already in the pipeline and can be moved to other Dixie pipeline markets, so there is a big difference where you can sell the bbls.
