NCEP Weather data addition

Brief Summary

Our weather coverage has been extended by the addition of two new NCEP weather data series. They supply the core dataset with new daily data and additional history. 

• Newweatherhist.xls– A list of approximately 200 cities providing additional history to existing relations. 

• New_ncep_relations_20021002.xls – New daily data on US cities with history beginning in 2002.
