Find a New Data Item

This is the first dialog in the Add Data process. There are four ways to determine the 
MIM symbol and corresponding column information for the data request. This tour will 
take you through each data request method, beginning with a Browse Data example.

The four data request methods are:

• Browse the MIM database schema.
• Search by MIM symbol.
• Search by MIM description
• Select a recently used data item.
