LIM System Administrators are prepared to assist as required to acquire, setup, install, 
and maintain LIM software, and the associated host computers. 

Most issues can be resolved remotely, although security concerns may require site visits.

The base software configuration includes / requires the following

  • LIM Database
  • XMIM Data Server
  • XMIM GUI,
  • Jobs for XMIM
  • JMIM
  • SUN Sparc/Ultra Workstation

A single user installation typically includes:

  • hardware acquisition
  • operating system loading
  • LIM software installation
  • data communications configuration
  • printer configuration

System maintenance includes:

  • Daily delivery data updates and database loading
  • LIM program upgrades delivery and migration
  • OS statistics monitoring

LIM Administrators are also available on a contract basis to assist with LIM related issues that are peripheral to standard installation and maintenance.
